Tips:
the following Details and tips have been collected from various sites and or from personal experience, these tips may vary from person to person.
1) plan weekly meals, calorie intake & exercises requirements for each day (Monday through till Sunday night.
2) Buy yourself a journal and inside keep track of the foods consumed and your calorie intake. also set weight loss goals for yourself and glue inspirational photos/ quotes to help you.
3) follow your goals and meal plans, punish and reward yourself with each result.
4) Make lists of safe foods and rules for yourself.
5) when weight starts to fall off take vitamins and minerals to help your body, plus wear baggy clothes around those who may notice.
6) become vegan or vegetarian, plus keep away from meat substitutes!
7) keep journal and other evidence of dieting hidden or with you at all times (because if found lying around by parents and or family it will cause issues.)
8) find a ana buddy, because buddies are so supportive and you can make great friends. plus having someone else who understands is better than being alone. (also never choose a friend from real life, because if they turn on you they will tell therefore be warned.)
9) good luck, the journey is yours and you'll learn some of your own tips along the way.
10) if ready and or wanting support seek medical & family support immediately.
